Our services  may only be used by individuals, natural persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, not available to persons under 18 years of age.
Even an account may be created in a company or business name, that account is still a personal account of the registrant (natural person).

Your membership is not transferable and you are responsible for use of your account. Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported.
Neither DomainShed nor any providers of information make any warranties, express or implied, as to results to be obtained from use of such information, and make no express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use. Neither DomainShed nor any of providers of information shall have any liability for the accuracy of the information contained in the service, or the contents of any advertisements, or for assertions or omissions therein. No party shall be liable to any other party or any third-party for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages. DomainShed reserves the right to remove any listings or any advertisements for any reason. In no case shall DomainShed be liable for any costs or events that occur beyond its control including, but not limited to, network outages, Internet connectivity problems and client side browser issues.
The following disclaimer and terms of use apply generally to all postings to the DomainShed site It is hereby also understood that any person posting to DomainShed will have been presented with this disclaimer and terms of use prior to doing so and, as such, be subject to its terms as indicated below.

CONDITIONS OF USE
You are entirely responsible and liable for all postings to DomainShed. Listed below are some, though not all, violations which may result in DomainShed deleting your postings. You agree not to do any of the following requests while posting an ad to DomainShed.
harass, threaten, embarrass or slander any person or entity;
transmit via DomainShed any information, data, text, files, links, software, chat, communication or other materials ("Content") that DomainShed considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
impersonate in DomainShed any business or person, living or dead, famous or not;
intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing DomainShed or in connection with your use of DomainShed in any manner.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that you will not upload or transmit any Content to DomainShed that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party. By submitting Content to DomainShed you automatically grant -- or warrant that the owner of such Content has expressly granted -- DomainShed the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any Rights that may exist in such Content.
CONTENT
You must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Content. DomainShed shall not be responsible for any Content. DomainShed does not prescreen or monitor all Content as a matter of policy, but DomainShed shall have the right, but not the responsibility, to remove Content which is deemed in sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of this Agreement or any rules DomainShed has in place at the time. DomainShed may elect at its sole discretion to monitor some, all, or no areas of DomainShed for adherence to this Agreement or rules.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You expressly agree that use of DomainShed is at your own risk. DomainShed shall not be responsible to you for any content found on DomainShed . DomainShed expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. DomainShed makes no warranty that DomainShed will be timely, secure, error free, or meet your requirements; nor does DomainShed make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of DomainShed or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through DomainShed. No advice or information, whether oral or written obtained by you from DomainShed shall create a warranty not expressly made herein. You understand and agree that any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of DomainShed is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer or loss of data that results in the downloads of such content. To the full extent permissible under the applicable law, DomainShed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use DomainShed or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained through your use of the DomainShed  advertising system.

Registering and bidding on our Site is free. Listing and selling domain names on our Site requires a fee.
We may change our fees from time to time.
DomainShed is not an auctioneer, we only provide a space for sellers and buyers to sell and buy domain names by the way of auction or fixed price. Domainshed is not involved in transaction between sellers and buyers. We have no control over quality, accuracy or legality of domain names listed on our web site. Also, we can not guarantee that the transaction between seller and buyer will complete or be lawful.

When you enter into a transaction you create a legally binding contract with another member. You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with your obligations to that other member.  By not complying, you may become liable to other member. If another member breaches any obligation to you, it is your responsibility to enforce your rights. 
DomainShed does not offer any form of insurance or protection to sellers or buyers.
As the user identification on the Internet is difficult, DomanShed can not confirm member's identity.  DomanShed does not accept any liability for your involvement in any mediation, court proceeding or other proceedings connected in any way with your transaction.  You are responsible for completing all transactions and monitoring their status and complying with all relevant legal obligations. Use caution and common sense.  There are possible risks in using our website, such as dealing with persons acting under false pretense.

By bidding on an item you agree with the seller to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description, If you purchase an item through one of our fixed price formats or are the highest bidder on an item listed in auction format, you are obliged to complete the transaction with the seller. You cannot retract a bid except in exceptional circumstances, if you do not complete a transaction without lawful excuse you may be in breach of your obligations to both DomanShed and the seller and you may be liable to each.

If you are a seller and receive at least one bid at or above your stated minimum price (or in the case of reserve auctions, at or above the reserve price), you are obligated to complete the transaction with the highest bidder upon the item's completion, unless there is an exceptional circumstance, such as: the buyer fails to meet the terms of your listing (such as payment method); you cannot authenticate the buyer's identity.

You are solely responsible for your information. 
Your information must be up to date and must not be false, inaccurate or misleading or deceptive; be fraudulent; infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or intellectual property rights;

You may only list domain names for sale on our web site. No other items are allowed to be listed.

We may without notice at our sole discretion restrict your activities, temporary suspend or permanently suspend your membership if we believe that you have, breached this agreement or we are unable to confirm any information you provide to us. Reinstating of service may require an extra fee.

We encourage you to try and resolve disputes with other members directly. with them, to use a certified mediation (such as online dispute resolution processes) or an arbitration entity or to report disputes to your local police or law enforcement agency as appropriate.

To protect your privacy, DomanShed follows the following principles for customer privacy and data protection.

WHY WE OBTAIN INFORMATION

We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Generally this information is requested when you register on the site to use specific features available only to registered users.

The primary reason we obtain this information is to make the site easier for you to use by not having you enter information more than once. We may also periodically use your information to alert you to updated information and other new services from DomanShed.

If you choose not to register or provide personal information, you can still use most of DomanShed. But you will not be able to access areas or use features that require registration.
